Sunrise safaritour
A true nature and culture trip. Starts at 8:30 AM, ends around 2:00 PM.
This safari tour starts nearby the historic "San Jose" church in the center of Barber. The trip is relaxed and takes place in small groups of up to 10 people.
After the start, the tour takes you through the *mondi* (bush) along the rugged north coast. This is easily accomplished in our special safari vehicle, designed to handle the challenging back roads that are inaccessible to standard (rental) cars. Along the way, we make frequent stops to share interesting and amusing stories.
We make a few stops here as well:
- Boka Patrick: the rough sea washes up a lot of driftwood and (unfortunately) plastic here. Marvel at the natural divide.
- Natural Jacuzzi (Suplado): Here, the sea surges violently out of a blowhole. Wonderfully refreshing and a beautiful sight.
- Ascencion Country House: This beautiful country house has a spooky story.
Next, we continue our journey through the interior (known here as the *kunuku*) of Curaçao, where you get a good impression of rural life in Banda Bou. Along the way, you can enjoy the view of a beautiful hill where the divi-divi tree grows.
The final stop is at a lovely private beach on the south coast. Here, you can sunbathe, swim, and/or snorkel.
After a final look or dive, we will take you back to the starting point, where a light lunch awaits you. We are confident that you will look back on this special day with great pleasure!
Please bring:
Sunscreen, a hat or cap, snorkel gear, swimwear and water shoes. (We also have snorkel sets available upon request.)
Children:
Due to the rugged terrein, you should make sure to hold the children firmly.

The tours can be booked for any Wednesday or Thursday.
They can also be arranged for other days as private tours, subject to a minimum of 5 participants.
